Download all products for your tenant as a spreadsheet. Use CSV for compatibility with Zoho/Shopify style importers, or XLSX for Excel. Download the import template to prepare a file for bulk uploads.

Validate Rows

Choose Import Mode

Add new items only

Skip rows where the SKU already exists in your inventory. Existing products are untouched.

Add new + update existing Recommended

Upsert on SKU — insert new products, update existing products with the new values from the file.

Replace all inventory

Delete every existing product for this tenant, then insert all rows from the file.
